Beloved of the Earth
San Juan River Yoga & Meditation Retreat
June 21-24, 2026 | Bluff, Utah
Celebrate the summer Solstice.
Awaken to your own light.
Restore in Community
Spend four days and three nights rafting and camping along the edge of Bears Ears National Monument on the San Juan River in Utah.
This Class II section of the San Juan offers easy floating and gentle rapids amongst dramatic red rock scenery, as well as the opportunity to view Ancestral Puebloan ruins, pictographs, and petroglyphs.
We will have one layover day, where we will cultivate spaciousness through slowing down, embodied practice, and internal reflection.
The next day, we’ll continue downriver, where we’ll enjoy opportunities for swimming, hiking, and maybe even spotting protected bighorn sheep.
Reconnect with the truth that you belong deeply to the natural world, that you are Beloved of the Earth.
We strive to hold space for you that is inclusive and affirming, that honors the dignity of every life, the land, and the lineages of contemplative practices.
This trip is welcome to all, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC folks.
To support the deepening of our practice and community, this trip centers around body liberation and is free of alcohol, other substances, and diet culture.

Follow the currents of the river to explore your inner longings, pleasures, and creative power.

Book a Massage.
Jennie (she/her) is a licensed massage therapist who brings a love of movement, nature, and deep connection into everything she does. Some of her favorite memories come from teaching yoga on Colorado River Trips and offering impromptu massages on rafts or under the stars. Her approach is intuitive, therapeutic, and grounded. She weaves together myofascial, deep tissue, and cranial sacral techniques to meet each person where they’re at. Jennie runs True Roots, a queer-centered practice based on Kinlani lands, where she creates space for folks who don’t always feel like they belong in typical wellness settings. With her, you can count on showing up exactly as you are and being met with care and curiosity.

“Morning silence is such a powerful way to start the day. Falling asleep to the sounds of [the] river under the stars is magical. The facilitators show reverence for the land in deep alignment with the spirit of the practices.”
